DELIVERY TIME AND COST
All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with FedEx Economy or International Priority depending on the customer’s decision during order checkout.
Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be processed the following business day. Please note that _JULIUS OFFICIAL STORE operation follows the Japanese Annual Calendar.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, or delays caused by Holidays or natural disasters (both international and domestic).
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, and the cost will vary depending on the delivery destination and size of an item.
Delivery time may differ depending on the delivery destination.
DUTIES and TAXES
Items may be subject to custom fees, import fees, and/or taxes billed to the customer. These are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by JULIUS OFFICIAL STORE.
These costs may vary by the customs office of the designated country.
If the customer cannot clear the package from Customs Clearance and the package returns to the JULIUS OFFICIAL STORE, we will attempt (one more time) to ship the ordered item/items to the address upon customer agreement. If the item fails to be delivered during the second delivery attempt, the customer's order will be automatically canceled and the purchase will be refunded with a deduction of delivery costs caused by the failure of acceptance. An additional 35% restocking fee will be charged for failed delivery attempts.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
Approximately $10 USD (or equivalent to the region's respective currency) shipping and handling fee may be added to all special release items at checkout. ($5 USD for each additional special release item)
